this young lady is definatly going places and deserves to be in this honours list.
i am proud to be her instructor,a friend and a shoulder to lean on in times of need.

We recently held a gradin. Congratulations to all who passed, espec Sam Wickstead for skippin a belt. Nice One!.
Unfortunately there were sum failures, but these people will get another chance in 2 weeks, so good luck to them.
